The process was quite long, I had 3 interviews: HR, technical and assessment center. The technical was very long and tiring, took about 3 hours, a lot of questions, though quite basic. It was over the phone and the sound quality was bad, had to use a lot of "I'm sorry?". The other interviews were average. As it works with a lot of clients from the finance domain, there was a lot of paperwork to complete, the background check and the screening process were quite complicated in my opinion.
