Endeavors interview questions

The interview was conducted on Zoom. The staff maintained a very relaxed, conversational tone throughout the process. Interviews were conducted in a panel format, with personnel from different locations. I was very pleased with the process.

This place was obnoxious enough to call me at 7pm local time to schedule an interview and start speaking to me in Spanish with no context as if they were starting off with a test -- I wasn't thrilled but I needed a job. The interview was standard and generic and people were pleasant enough but you got the impression they were doing a ton of interviews. After I waited over two weeks to do an hour-long interview, I proceeded to be ghosted. Wholly unimpressed.
