Phone screen by HR non-technical person for a technical job and feed back the next day. Very negative feedback of my successful career as an independent consultant progressing through 20 years of cutting edge technology, implemented at over 30 companies - most larger than this one; yet said I had "no real progression or planned career growth moves". (believe me this would not be a career stop now) I question this HR person's ability to actually assess what their technology division needs and what true technology talent really is. Major disconnect here and I could have been a perfect match for this position but ran into an technology illiterate HR gatekeeper using old school interview techniques.
