Very productive, questions were geared to the role and past experiences. I had to give a presentation to demonstrate my skills. Interviewer were very personable and the focus was on filling the role in question. The emphasis was on getting the right fit for the role which made it easy to perform.
Online question filled out as part of job application. There was then a one hour plus long in person interview. Interview with HR, potential direct line manager and head of department.
