I has recruited on LinkedIn and the recruiter immediately noted that this process would be a little different than traditional processes. My initial interview would be with the CEO - the idea is that if he doesn't like me, then there would be no need to proceed further.
After I interviewed with the CEO and he wanted to move forward, he set up a 3.5 hour block of interviews for 2 weeks later.
The 3.5 hour block of interviews consisted of:
1) A technical interview (general technical skills and basic SQL knowledge)
2) 1 peer interview
3) 1 direct manager interview
4) 2 practice manager interviews
5) A follow up interview with the CEO
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All of their questions were behavioral based. How do I collaborate and communicate with peers? How do I manage client expectations? How do I define scope for feasible deliverables.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enforce (Campinas, São Paulo) in Aug 2024
Interview
Processo seletivo organizado, bem sinalizado e que não demorou muito
Profissionais que souberam tocar o processo
Poderiam ter mais clareza ao sinalizar que não existe plano de carreira, ajudaria na tomada de decisão
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enforce (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
Started with an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then got a call back to come into office for a panel interview. IT had me complete technical assessments in SQL and Excel. I then was interviewed by a project manager, two consultants, and finally the CEO/Co-Founder. I never heard back about updates on my candidacy.
