First step is a recorded interview. You are sent a link and have to record yourself answering questions. There is no way to check or review you recording when you are done.
Then if they are interested in meeting you based on your recorded interview you will have a face to face/Zoom interview. This is a typical panel interview.

Scheduling was very organized. The person-in-charge was polite, professional and responsive during and even after the interview, made sure to answer my questions the best way she can. Unfortunately, she only knows about the location she was assigned to.

Getting to know you-question and what to contribute to ESF
Video conference interview -- very basic questions both personal and job-related; you are given 2 minutes to prepare. 6 questions total, each 2-3 minutes long. Just be yourself and answer naturally.

Interview
Panel interview, followed by another interview with the senior leadership team of the school. Quite a lengthy first interview experience and the second part depends on the individual school itself.
