Interview
I applied for Bibo last August, and my first interview was over Skype. I was asked questions like "Tell me something about yourself." and "Why do you want to work as an ESL teacher?" After that, I had to explain the difference between introvert and extrovert and to give an explanation and example for the next words: luggage, postpone, and 2 more words but I really can't remember right now.
Overall, the Skype interview was pretty enjoyable and the recruiter was very polite and friendly. After passing that interview, I had a group interview with other future tutors and we did two demo classes. One of them was a free conversation and the other one was class with materials. After passing that part, the last part was the orientation class where we had another group class over Skype. There we were told about the company's policy, rules, and we were explained how to use the platform in general.
You will go through an online assessment where you answer questions. If you passed, you will be invited to a live demo where the interviewer will act as the student. An article will be chosen and you will have a class based on the article. After the demo, you will be informed if you passed or not. Or in some cases, endorsed for retraining.

Question 1
Can't really remember but it wasn't that hard. If you've got a good grasp at speaking English, then you're good.
It’s easy and they give you second chance if you mess up m. However you need to practice before hand as you get to speak about the same topic for 15 minutes
One should prepare before appearing. The got standards to meet. One must be fluent and should use accurate English . Practice is the key to crack it. They reply within 2 to 3 days.
