Interview
HR called me, she was nice, she asked a few typical questions and then she sent me a task to do and at the same time she scheduled an interview with the CTO.
In a few days, the interview with the CTO wasn't technical as I expected, a few questions about me and my qualifications.
I sent the challenge back fulfilling all criteria even the optional ones. a few days after I received a typical rejection email without any feedback.
I asked for feedback, they replied after more than a week that they would call me, so they did, and all they said that there were other candidates who had more experience (so they basically read me the rejection email), to which I replied, if I didn't have enough experience why did you send a big task that took me the whole weekend to finish! you should have known that I did not have enough experience, you had my resume, didn't you? she said she didn't know because she wasn't the responsible one for my application.
Long story short, it SUCKS.
