Ensemble Travel Group interview questions

Friendly and fast! Great people. I really enjoyed the conversation we had about learning, training needs, and what was coming up for the company in the future. They were very forthcoming.

For the interview, first step was a phone interview with the Executive Vice President of the company. The interview lasted about 1.5 hours and was a thorough discussion about prior work experience then at the end questions about the position and goals for the position. After the phone interview an in person interview with the Executive Vice President. He used an interview template where you are asked generic questions like tell me about a time when you had to convince your leadership of a new idea. At least 15 questions like that. After that part, then a real conversation along with sharing information about the job.
