Interview
Formal Introduction followed by questions. As this was a BA interview focus was on communication which is reading, writing, speaking and listening. UML diagrams and mockup experience was asked. It was a very through and professional interview from the panel. The interview was only in 1 round.

Interview
The interview process was so not acceptable. The one who took interview was a senior business analyst. I get it that sometimes job profiles do not match and the role is different and you get to know that during the interview. But this could have been conveyed in a much much better way . Rather than cross questioning me that why you applied. I should ask you why did you call or didn't you review my profile before. If no , you cannot be rude to a candidate.
Also , the JD that I got had no detailed mention about the domains and stuff. It was a very general product manager role. Why would not a business analyst/product manager apply to it.

1. One to one interview with manager on past experience
2. Working on presentation and excel. Analysing data from spreadsheets and synthesise them to interpretations
3. Pressure was built to see if I was confident in interpreting Java language code to understand the logic behind the system.
