Phone interview first, then in person where they low ball you an offer. If you ask for any amount that would be relative to what the position makes. They will counter with "You get paid in sunshine" and then trash you to the rest of the staff and how you asked for x amount and aren't worth it.

The interview process is very easy and will happen with a week or two. There will be a phone interview first and then a personal interview. During the personal interview, three people will come and interview regarding experience, projects, and background.
