      Manager In Training Interview

      7 Jan 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Pomona, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Pomona, CA) in Dec 2011

      Interview

The phone interview is more or less just giving you, the prospect, information about the position, company, and interview. Questions were asked but not really considered. The 1:1 was difficult (for me) because it was late afternoon, the interviewer was clearly not in the mood when she finally got around to interviewing me (her last candidate) 30 minutes after our scheduled time, and the questions were tougher than I expected considering I had the phone interview Wednesday and was asked to come in the next day. Although it's a "management" position THEY REALLY WANT SALESPEOPLE. I thought this was funny considering I have NEVER been sold, or attemped to have been sold to, by an Enterprise employee and I have used them often! My impression is that they are only interested in NEW, YOUNG GRADS who are just starting their careers. If you are an older new grad, I'd advise you to disguise it somewhat in your resume and responses if you're younger looking.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Can you give me an example of a time you overcame an objection? HINT: The interviewer was testy when I didn't answer the way she wanted so keep it brief, even if you feel you havent explained fully just wait to be prompted for more information.

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Montreal, QC
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2026

      Interview

The interview was standard, and on a video chat. She also showed up 10 minutes late with no warning. I find that they were not honest about the salary (it is paid hourly, not yearly) in the job description and therefore it was misleading. They want you to work overtime and be competitive against your colleagues and are clear about this during the interview.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

      Are you a competitive person?

      Question 2

Are you able to regularly work overtime?

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Washington, DC) in Feb 2026

      Interview

Easy - took a lot of time to get back and follow up. Since they are in many locations, they are picky about your current location and will give you a job only in that area

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Detroit, MI
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Detroit, MI)

      Interview

Long process with 4 stages. Phone, Zoom, then 2 in-person along with an assessment. Expect STAR based questions and answers. Nothing out of left-field, but definitely a lengthy process. Took approx 1 month from initial contact to the final round.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Name a time you’ve had to turn a customer’s answer from a “No” to a “Yes” or change their experience from a negative to a positive one.
