The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Sacramento, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
The interview process was very typical and started with a phone interview. Once I got passed that I was sent to the local Enterprise office where I interviewed with a "general manager." Again, another typical interview where I was asked about my strengths and weaknesses. The interviewers was annoyed when I asked a few questions myself and I lost points when I said I was hoping to get an advanced degree. They wanted someone who would start at the bottom and stay at the bottom, not someone who wanted to move up the ladder.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
