Interview
Detailed online application followed up by a telephone interview containing scenario/situational questions, upon successful completion of the phone interview a branch interview took place giving an insight into the day to day workings of Enterprise. If successful in all of the above stages you are then offered the opportunity to attend the assessment day in Cardiff which contains some aptitude tests and ensure you are fully aware of the requirements within the role and a final interview at the end of the day before awaiting confirmation of whether you are successful or not.
