I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2012
Interview
I first applied online at the beginning of November. A couple days later, I got an email asking me to call the HR supervisor to clarify something on my application and when I called, she gave me a quick phone interview. She then asked me come in for an in-person interview at the regional office. I went in and interviewed with a lady who was very nice and we just sat and talked for about an hour...it honestly didn't seem like much of an interview. She just asked me to discuss my experience in sales and customer service, and at the end of the interview asked me to go interview with an area manager at one of the branches in town. He was not as conversational and the interview only last 15 minutes and he called me a couple days later to ask me to come in for an interview with the regional manager back at the regional office. I came in and he seemed very uninterested and the interview lasted all of 5 minutes. I got an email 2 days later saying they had moved on with another candidate...

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
