Application
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
There is a 3- part interview process. The first being with someone at head office, the second being with the area manager and the 3rd being with the regional manager. Each interviewer would like to know your strengths, weaknesses, how you respond to different situations and if you feel you would be a good fit to the team.

Question 1
Do you think you could deal with cleaning cars, driving people around and working 11 hour shifts 5 days a week?
I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
