I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2009
Interview
Very friendly, applied on the company website and was called in for the first interview the next week. First interview with their HR Manager, who called me two days later to say I had passed on to the next interview with the Area Manager, who would be my manager if hired. Same response time as the first, was passed on to interview with the regional manager and was given the offer a week later
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The area manager asked me to tell him a joke at the very end. At first I was confused, but later he told me that he wanted to throw me a curveball because my answers sounded rehearsed, which made sense

You will need to know your numbers. Aside from that it was a pretty easy, generic assistant manager interview. Make sure to humble brag and you will be fine. Not hard at all.
