I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
There are 3 steps to the interview. 1st you will meet with a recruiter, next an Area Manager and if you pass those 2 you will meet with a Regional/Group manager
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell us about a time you lost your composure when dealing with an upset or challenging customer. What did you do?
Tell us about a time when you had to overcome a potential customer’s objections to what you were trying to get them to buy.
Do you see yourself in a sales role? Why?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
