The interview process is quite lengthy in days, but they contact very quickly. First a phone interview, then a two-hour in-person interview, and then a final phone call. The interview was fairly easy. Questions on customer service and experience.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
