There are multiple interviews. The first one is a standard hiring interview with the regional HR manager, and is pretty easy to pass if you have good answers for the questions regarding managing, hard work and seeking opportunities. The second interview is with the area manager and is a lot more focused on finding out not only if you are right for the job, but if the job is right for you. If you are like me, you will struggle if you don't have a strong enthusiasm for sales, or if you show hesitancy to move where the company tells you. There is a third interview if you get to that point, and that one is with the area manager and should lead to a scheduled observation at one of the branches of the company. If you get that far and things go well, consider yourself hired, but it never gets easy, so don't expect a comfy job pushing pencils.
