I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Provo, UT) in Oct 2010
Interview
The interview was with the recruiting manager for Idaho and Utah. She asked me about my experience in customer service, which I had plenty of. I was asked about my experience in sales as well. I was asked what my weakness and strength in sales were. I was also asked to describe a time that i had a difficult and successful sales experience. I said i did not have any management experience and the recruiter seemed disappointed. I applied for the trainee position because I wanted management experience. Overall, i felt that i was very qualified for the job, but I was competing against other candidates from my university where the students are very competitive.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
