I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process for the Manager-In-Training position at Enterprise was thorough and engaging. It began with an online application, followed by a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. After passing the phone screening, I was invited to a face-to-face interview with a branch manager. The questions focused on customer service, sales experience, leadership abilities, and how to handle challenging situations. The final stage was an interview with the area manager, which included more in-depth questions about leadership style and goals. Overall, the process was well-organized, with clear communication from the recruitment team throughout.

Can you describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer?
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
It was pretty straight forward. It’s a sales job and customer service base. The HR recurring representative will ask you a lot of customers service and sales based questions from your previous employer. They hire a lot of recent college graduates and you have to have a bachelors degree to qualify.
