Die Einladung zum Erstgespräch erfolgte sehr schnell. Die Dame war sehr professionell in der Vorstellung des Trainee Programms, das Programm an sich ist aber eine einzige Katastrophe. 45h-Woche für 35k im Jahr. Als Firmenmotto hat sie vorgestellt "Wer viel erreichen möchte muss dafür auch viel arbeiten". Wer nach Work-Life-Balance sucht, ist hier offensichtlich falsch.

Sind Sie mit den Werten / Grundsätzen von Enterprise vertraut?
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
