Interviewer was running late, seemed a bit thrown together, he also seemed more focused on being comfortable than looking professional, which isn't bad, just not what I was looking for.

Constant sneeky trap questions before the actual interview even starts, so be careful. Actual interview fairly easy however, but the trap questions before are sneeky and if you dont say exactly what they want to hear, you will be rejected by HR

Lots of sceario based questions on customer servuce and leadership
The recruiter was nice and was able to give me timely updates throughout the interview process. There was a total of three rounds of interviews and took about a few weeks.

First, it was a zoom interview were we talk about the basics, my skills etc. Then, they called me for an in person interview and showed me around the location and the jobs that I was going to do.
