The process was as follows:
1. Two online personality tests. Multiple choice.
2. Phone interview about 45 mins
3. In person where you complete two more timed tests. Nothing major just number and word matching. This lasted almost an hour and a half.
The process was pretty straight forward. I assume I didn't get an offer due to my lack of C# experience. The hiring manager seemed annoyed that I was there looking to change from Java (but was still pleasant to speak with). While I specifically asked the hr woman to tell them because I didn't want to waste the in person if it wasn't what they were looking for.
When I reached out for a follow up after receiving the rejection email I received no word back. Which wasn't the best, after I had committed all that time it would have been nice to actually know the reason why.
No negative opinion of the process or company just would have liked a more details explanation after all that time.
