Interview
The Entrust Datacard interview process was very in depth and formal process with multiple interviews with HR as well as management staff across different lines of business. Also, face to face meetings were required as well as a psychiatrist interview as a final step prior to receiving and offer letter.

There were all type of though provoking interview process questions with many different types of interview programs including background checks, math skills, personality profiles and management technique discussions. They even had an email test that depicted a day in the office and how one would handle different customer situations as well as internal process scenarios.

Extensive. Several rounds of progressive interviews with multiple stakeholders, highly detailed and thorough. A big plus of this approach was that it allowed me to interview the company extensively at the same time as they were vetting me. The entire process took upwards of two months.
