HR screening, followed by a one hour coding interview. For the coding interview, you review some code and comment or articulate some improvements you'd make. After that, you're directed to a small section of code and asked to implement a change. I felt that I'd reviewed it very thoroughly and managed to complete the actual coding portion correctly, but I was rejected and told they couldn't provide feedback.

Interview
I'm not sure but I think I might have gotten interviewed by an AI. If it was not an AI, the tech interviewer gave what seemed like one word responses. I have had hundreds of interviews in my career and this was the stiffest first round call of my life. I don't believe this to have been a serious interview with an intent to find the correct senior-level talent. The interview left a bad taste. I was honestly really stoked on this job before this experience.
