Round 1 : Telephonic HR round in which general and basic question are asked. Round 2 : A project is goven to prepare a valuation model and a ppt of 7-8 slides for a specific company. Round 3 : Technical questions are asked specifically based on the job profile like valuation, dcf model,key ratios,etc. Round 4 : Manager/Partner Round in which again some technical and basic questions are asked to judge the personality.
