Interview
Laid back remote interview. More of a get to know one another. Friendly. Good information provided. Fair process, you're given the opportunity to share why you think you'd fit. Expect a slight push back so you can demonstrate how you respond to a challenge. Again, nothing overwhelming.

Interview
It was like they did not know what they were doing. Took me around for a tour and really had no questions. They just asked me to go over my resume. If I were to guess they were looking for a younger person. From what I can tell by asking them questions is there is no real structure there. Looks like a place that is run by one person and he hires his buddies.
