The process consists of three parts: phone interview, skills assessment, and an onsite. I completed the first two parts but have not heard back yet, so I can only talk about the first two. I took my skills assessment before the phone interview because it had to be rescheduled on their side, though it took over a week for someone to get back to me about a rescheduled date. The assessment took about two hours, consisting of 4 parts. 3 out of the 4 parts are timed, of which two go by really fast. Mostly logic, math, and coding based questions. Phone interview is very casual, just to get a very general idea of who you are and to learn more about the position.
