I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2017
Interview

They said they would set up in-person interview, and then kept me hanging for a month only to say we choose someone else. The place seemed like some sort of clique.

Interview
Delivery of writing samples, an initial, brief intro interview with HR, followed by two true interviews with different stakeholders. They sent lots of materials before the second interview with premade videos about the campus and benefits.
