I applied online and then was quickly contacted to do a phone interview. The phone interview was very pleasant and seemed more like a conversation than an interview. The interviewer was a technical problem solver and thoroughly described the role. Then I completed the assessment tests online, which were quite lengthy and were also proctored.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
