Interview
The first step was a phone interview with basic fit questions and why I was interested in the position. They were interested in any standardized test scores I may have had. The interviewer seemed laid back and the process was very conversational. The next step was an online ap and personality test questionaire, after which I heard they were no longer interested.
I submitted my resume on their website. They get back to you quickly with an assessment to complete. The assessment can be pretty long but manageable. Please make sure to have a quiet area in advance.
Full-Day In-Person, grouped with other interviewees. Full tour of the facility. Series of mostly behavioral interviews, one where you are to teach the interviewers something of your choice. Many opportunities to ask questions.

Interview
It was hard. Started off with a hard screening exam which consisted of different logic and coding questions. After, there was a 1:1 screening with a current employee that talked to me about the company role.
