met representatives on campus career fair and gave them my resume which they keep on the system and match with potential positions, they contacted me wanting to consider me for the problem solver position, 2 phone interviews followed by a 3-4 hr long test
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
test has 4 sections and is supervised live. There was a programming section which I found the hardest considering I am not a CS major and know whatever I know through high school and first year programming in college.
The interview was pretty normal; they just asked basic questions about what I wanted to get out of my job, and what I would bring to the table. They require you to take an assessment that involves some coding, and has a few other analytical questions.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Sept 2017
Interview
First submitted resume, and was then invited to schedule a phone interview, a personality test, and a skills assessment test. The phone interview was with a current employee and was a low-stress experience overall.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was structured as a 3 step process: phone interview, skills assessment, final on-site interview. Received an offer about 2 weeks after final interview. Good experience overall and would interview again.
