I was contacted by the HR through Linkedin. The process of Interview was good and they conducted 4 rounds. The First two rounds were Face to Face Interview and I did my best, the Interviewers were Impressed in me and I was more confident that I'll clear this Interview. After a week I was called for a final discussion with the Digital Promotions Head of the company and I was bit nervous. I answered all those questions I asked and I gave them a solution to the problem which the company was facing right now. But the Interviewer didn't listen to my answers and my Idea. The final round was HR round. It has been a week I attended the Interviewed they didn't inform me about the results. I sent a mail to the HR and they replied that unfortunately, we are not processing with your candidature. So I asked them that what was the reason behind the elimination of my candidature so that I will improve it in next time but still I didn't get a reply mail from them. This interview was the worst interview I have ever attended till now. I had a good idea to solve the major problem the company is facing right now but they didn't show much interest in hiring me.
