I applied online. I interviewed at Equal Exchange (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Thorough interview process as to be expected with any company leaning on the larger more corporate side. Interview was conducted by two team members and lasted about 45 minutes. There was one role play scenario, which is uncomfortable but if you’re prepared then just have fun with it.

Interview
Initial phone interview with a hiring team of 3. The hiring team gave an overview of the company & department, asked lots of questions, and then we role played a sales scenario. 2nd interview at the home office with the hiring team. This was similar to the phone interview, but much more in-depth.

Interview
I applied online. I was contacted after almost 2weeks to schedule a phone Interview. Two weeks after the phone interview, I was emailed that I was selected for an on-site interview (with a panel in both interviews; people from top management). I got a call a month after to let me know that I did not get the job.
