Interview process was structured well and HR team was quick to respond to queries and providing feedback. Initial call with HR, following by 1st interview with hiring manager(s), followed by culture interview with a panel of members of the legal team.

What are the common things that you would look out for in a Joint Venture Agreement?
There were multiple rounds (both virtual and in person) to meet the team and stakeholders. The whole process (i.e. from first interview to offer letter) took approximately 5 to 6 weeks.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward, though scheduling conflicts prevented a panel format. Instead, I participated in five one-on-one interviews with internal stakeholders and colleagues across different departments. While this did extend the interview process, it wasn't by much. It was about 8 weeks from the time I first submitted my online application to the day I received a verbal offer.
