I was hired after a single hour-long interview with the entire design team where we did a brief portfolio review. The rest of the time they asked me very standard questions about my process.
1st round - HR call
2nd round - Whiteboard session.
I felt the recruiter in the 2nd round was not interested to take the interview. Didnt explain well what they were looking for.
