I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Equinox (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process was a group interview. There were about 6 of us girls, it was very informal, fun, and relaxed. They asked us to dress in fitness clothing, so not a formal business casual attire. We went around and introduced ourselves, and then the manager asked us questions. Rather than us going in a circle to answer, she would randomly call on one of us to answer a question. The questions included things like if we have ever worked in sales, along with a lot of hypothetical scenario questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Equinox (Boston, MA)
Interview
Whole process took 1 week from my first interview. First met with the district retail manager who asked me the standard interview questions, availability, and personality questions. Then I met with the AGM and had a quick 25 minute interview who asked similar questions and threw in some situational ones as well. Both were really nice and laid back.
I applied online. I interviewed at Equinox in Feb 2021
Interview
Pretty intense process for such a minimal job. Three interviews with recruiter, general manager, MOD, AGM, etc. Not difficult but a lot to handle for a min wage job. Super sales intensive, wanted to know a lot about my selling experiences and my customer service abilities.

Interview
Had one in-person interview and was hired on the spot. They asked me pretty standard questions about customer service, sales, and schedule. It was a very comfortable experience and the staff were wonderful.
