total of three interviews. first was with a recruiter, second with the regional sales director, and third with the club manager that I was being considered for. Very easy going, kind people. just wanted to get to know me and my experience in sales.

Question 1
How would your current boss describe you as an employee? What motivates you in your career? If interested in fitness why sales and not group fitness instruction? What is a comfortable salary for you? How would you describe the club to someone?
The interview process was quick and painless. The Talent managers contacted me promptly and guided me through the initial interviews before directing me to the general manager for the formal in-person interview. Went well!

Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter based in another city. More of a formality to get to know the candidate and company fit. Did not offer too many details in this initial interview.
Phone interview was very fast, about 10min. You tell them about yourself and they give you information. Very basic, 2nd interview is through zoom also pretty quick. A bit more in depth, just sell yourself and know the company, have a passion for fitness and youll do fine.
