It was a good interview with the hiring manager. He did a good job at explaining questions that might have been difficult to interpret. I interviewed 1 day ago and hoping to hear back!

I was contacted through an employee referral, received an email for interview before I had even applied to the site where I was invited to. I’ve proof they even sent me the link to the application! The first phone screener - who I still remember the name - told me she’d contact me the day after the in-person interview with the on-site manager to follow up! (Seemed she liked my background?) Said day comes and no phone call. Next week comes and the recruiter went on vacation. Following week emailed the same recruiter - no response. Emailed a coworker after automated email stated her vacation and still no response. Seems like an easy enough interview process, but they hire those who they seem to like personally as opposed to giving competent people an opportunity. Oh, I will rescind my application since I don’t like the bitter aftertaste of being ghosted by recruiter and who I failed to mention on-site manager too. Don’t really care for them now as employer much less potential coworkers.
