First introduction interview, I had done with two people. I had a 10-minute whiteboard challenge during the interview. After that, I step into the next stage, task challenge. Task challenge should be submitted within 3 days. And present it to the given next interview slot.
It needs to be present the process that we thought of when adding value to the design.

The interview started with introducing our self and later they moved into the portfolio. They asked questions based on the portfolio.

Transparenter Videocall mit dem Standortleiter und einer Kollegin aus dem UX-Bereich. Das Gespräch war nett und auf Augenhöhe, es wurde spontan um 15 min verlängert. Eine Woche später gab es Rückmeldung.
