The first usually begins with a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager. The interview typically asks questions about the candidate's qualifications,skills,work history and relevant experience.They also try to determine if a candidate would be a good fit for the company culture.

They asked me basic questions. Described the details of the job. Answered all my questions with much detail. Told me about the position, when it was starting, who I would be working with, vacation time and holidays.
