Typically two rounds of interviews, firstly with Human Resources - typically interview questions (personality / competence examples as demonstrated in wanted position). Second interview with panel of management and SMEs - role play followed by "job-fit" orientated questions.

A few rounds, case study, leadership logic and personality testing. Communication was clear in the beginning, and the feedback I received was positive. But towards the end, things became less consistent. Nonetheless the people I spoke to were kind and the overall experience was respectful
