      Graduate Software Developer Interview

      18 Feb 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Dublin, Dublin
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2022

      Interview

Sent my CV in. Stage 1 : Received an email to complete an aptitude test. This is a basic coding challenge (study your arrays , loops , integers) Stage 2 : 5 more coding questions in front of an engineer. Engineer very helpful to help settle the nerves. Again these were easy (easier than leet code easy). Just study the generals , maps , loops , data comparisons and you should be okay. Stage 3 : This was a presentation on a project. Preferably an individual one , or if group project outline your contributions. After presentation some questions following it. Then some basic java , CS questions. All around a nice quick process , how all interviews should be carried out , not left waiting weeks to find out if you progress but generally a day or 2 between stage 2 and 3. Very friendly and easy to talk to
