Submitted CV. Automated response. HR consultant then reached out for an initial interview to assess personality, qualifications, past experience etc. Lasted maybe 30 min. Received follow up automated email that they had decided not to proceed with my application.

Interview
two rounds around 30-40 minutes phone interview, first phone conversation is always with someone from the HR derpatment, afterwards the second phone conversation is with the teamleader. Third round is personal meeting at their headquarters if you get selected, they usually select around 3-4 persons to meet in person.
