It was a really great phone screening interview. He answered quite a bit of questions that I had. He gave a great insight to.the job itself. He was a very positive hiring manager.
The interview was straight forward and their interviewer let me know that this will be a hybrid position after 3 months, Erie Home made their space a comfortable environment. They mentioned there will be hands on training and not to worry.
