I had one interview with the Operations Manager and met right after the the VP of Ops. I went back for a second interview with my would-be coworker the next day. The building was hard to find because the signage is two companies old so I recommend driving there the night before to gather your bearings. There were a few behavioral interview questions. Having specific anecdotes about supply chain or warehouse experience will help. The managers are not intimidating but they are pensive at times, and will be taking notes while you speak. The office area looks like they have done a bunch of lay-offs (empty cubicles, etc). This is due to a recent merger, don't be put off by it. The warehouse is hot/cold (seasonal) and loud. You will be given a tour after your interview so wear safe and comfortable shoes.
