Eternity 1 Tutoring Center interview questions

Interview was held in their office in Chinatown. The space was very small and the interview room/office was not completely separated from the kitchen/lounge area in the office. This made is extremely uncomfortable since the staff could overhear the interview and I could overhear their conversations as well. I was interview by two people, a man and a woman. They were professional and the interview only took around 10-15 mins. Was hired the exact same day.

Standard interview questions such as why are you interested in this job, do you have any experiences working with kids, and some scenarios about what you would do in certain situations. Sometimes they might have you work a day or two to test your ability to work with kids.
