Assessment day - great fun, group work, 1:1 interview. As long as you have hospitality experience you’ll be able to answer the questions.
They are looking for collaboration and connection in group work, speak up enough but don’t over talk.
I took the virtual assessment last February.
1) Introduction of Etihad Airways and Abu Dhabi
2) Self Introduction + Group Discussion
- no given guideline for self introduction but it was short and brief and all candidates were asked to stand up to show full body
- 1 minute was given to read article and question and 15 minutes for discussion
- every candidate had to answer at least one of the question
3) Final interview
